The Founding Cohort

You have lived this work. Now learn to teach it.

We have spent years developing and living this work. Now we are ready to entrust it to a small group of practitioners who can carry it with skill and integrity.

The training will ask you to live the practices, then help you bring them into the work you already feel called to offer. Use the Alpha and Omega Polarity Framework in your own coaching, groups, books, podcasts, retreats, or live events while keeping your own voice and business.

Cohort One will become a close circle of coaches and practitioners who know this work from the inside. You’ll practice together, learn each other’s work, share honest feedback, and help establish the culture and standard of the training.

We want this to become a community where practitioners refer clients, share each other’s work, appear on podcasts, collaborate on events, and keep growing together. Cohort One will help shape what that community becomes.

The Year of Training

Three trimesters. Thirty-six live sessions. One integrated path.

The cohort meets once each week for a 90-minute teaching and practice session, totaling 54 primary live training hours.

Certification

Train to become a Certified Path Teacher.

Certification represents demonstrated readiness to carry the work with integrity. Students earn it through participation, embodied practice, peer work, practical teaching, and successful completion of the final assessment.

This formation teaches you to guide living relational practice through demonstrated skill.
